Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping (4-7 business days).
- Please note that customs fees and additional charges may apply for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Amaressentialoils.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Amaressentialoils.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- If a package is returned to Amaressentialoils.com due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the cost to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Amaressentialoils.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
